These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nakata services at nakata.app (the "Service"), including:
By creating an account, buying, installing, activating, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Nakata (contact: support@nakata.app).
Payments for paid products are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record. Card data is handled by the provider, not stored by us in full. The provider’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to the checkout.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy paid products. You are responsible for your login, API keys, license tokens, and all activity under your account or device activations.
Credits are a prepaid digital balance used for generation. Credits are added when payment succeeds and can be used immediately.
For Nakata CLI you typically bring your own AI model API key. Fees paid to that AI provider are separate from Nakata CLI plan fees.
After purchase, you activate access (for example with /activate in the app, or a license token). Plans may be canceled; access continues until the end of the paid period already paid for, as described in the Refund Policy.
You must not use the Service to create or share content that:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, without refund where the violation caused the suspension.
Software, branding, documentation, server systems, and related materials are proprietary. No source code license is granted unless we sign a separate written agreement.

All rights reserved. We may pursue available legal remedies, including access termination, damages, and reports to payment processors or authorities where appropriate.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use images and other outputs you generate for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for prompts, uploads, and how you use outputs (including third-party rights).
AI output can be wrong or unexpected. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nakata is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim related to paid products is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the three (3) months before the claim (or USD 50 if none), except where law forbids such a limit.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections on IP, liability, and refunds survive termination where applicable.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms, unless a mandatory law says otherwise.
